Myles Worthington is on the Brand & Editorial team at Netflix, where he leads a team of content creators and social strategists behind many different channels, but namely Strong Black Lead. During his days in working in traditional PR, Myles lead campaigns for brands, including Reebok, Adidas, Clif Bar, Gillette, and Powerade to name a few. He started his tenure at Netflix in 2016, and spent the first two years or so on the Consumer PR team, where he initiated the brand's relationship with Black media and thus the Black audience. This work would then lead to the creation of Strong Black Lead -- a social community that celebrates Black creatives, talent and consumers.

In August 2018, Myles transitioned from traditional PR, and now leads the Strong Black Lead team among others on the Brand & Editorial side of the business, and still works very closely with his counterparts in Publicity and Communications. 

Myles received an undergrad in Marketing from Fordham University, and an M.S. in Public Relations from New York University.
