Nancy Newman is an award-winning photographer with more than 30 years of experience. Newman was a staff photographer for 10 years, working at the Inland Valley Daily Bulletin and then the Pasadena Star-News and San Gabriel Valley Tribune. Her images from the LA Riots were published in 17 different counties and she has photographed the World Cup, Super Bowl, 10 years of the Academy Awards, and 5 US Presidents. Nancy left the newspaper and began her own photography business more than 20 years ago, and provides editorial, public relations, and marketing photography for an extensive and diverse clientele. She is a past President of the Press Photographers Association of Greater Los Angeles (PPAGLA), and authored the organization’s Code of Ethics.
